1 large taro, grated
1-2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 egg yolk
� to 1 teaspoon lime juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
hot pepper to taste
salt to taste
parsley to taste
*Wear rubber gloves when handling hot peppers to protect skin and never touch your eyes without removing the gloves.*
Place all ingredients in a bowl. Beat well.
Drop dough by tablespoon into hot oil.
If the first "Akra" is not firm enough, add an additional tablespoon of flour in the dough.
